We only collect information you actively provide. When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

We do not collect data passively. There are no tracking pixels, no behavioural profiling, and no third-party advertising scripts on this site. All fonts, scripts, and assets are self-hosted on our own origin — no requests are made to Google, Meta, or any advertising network when you visit.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and scope your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and may temporarily store your submission on their servers in order to deliver it to us. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

This website uses sessionStorage solely for functional purposes — to remember whether the boot intro has already played during your current browser session. No cookies are set, no cross-site tracking occurs, and no persistent identifiers are stored.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's global content delivery network. Cloudflare may collect standard server-side access logs — including IP addresses, request timestamps, browser user agents, and pages requested — for the purpose of delivering and securing the service. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. VectorFlow does not have access to raw Cloudflare access logs at the individual request level.

This site installs a service worker in your browser to enable fast repeat visits and limited offline functionality. The service worker caches copies of pages and assets locally on your device. It does not transmit any information to us or any third party. Cached files are stored in your browser's cache storage and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Enquiry data received via the contact form is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
